We hand pack all our shipments securely to insure a safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that has obvious damage, please contact us immediately in order to receive a return label which you will need to include in your return package. You can then send the product back to us wrapped in its original packaging and we will be happy to replace the damaged item.
Processing of orders and merchandise development are suspended on the following Holiday schedules to allow our employees to spend time with their family. Production and order processing continues accordingly.
