All of our items are handmade and our designer and his team work for up to 12 business days on one piece to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we can only offer credit that can be applied to your next order on our website should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase. In order to receive the credit please send us your item back within 10 days from the day that you placed the order. Please also note that only the amount of the goods will be credited, not the shipping costs.

We hand pack all our shipments securely to insure a safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that has obvious damage, please contact us immediately in order to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number which you will need to include in your return package. You can then send the product back to us wrapped in its original packaging and we will be happy to replace the damaged item.
