All our jewelry is made to order. Our team of artisans require 7-14 business days to produce our pieces before shipping.

We ship all over the world. Duties incurred on any order are the responsiblity of the customer.

Since all our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and made to order, returns are only available for online store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s). In order to receive this online store credit, please send us an email to info@ben-amun.com and ship the item(s) back within 10 days from the day your order is shipped. Only the amount of the goods will be credited, including any applicable taxes. Return shipping and any duties and taxes if applicable are the responsibility of the customer.  We will fully cover the cost of return shipping only if your order is incorrect or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs/duties for returns. If the item was shipped incorrectly or delivered damaged, please email our team and we will send you a shipping label.

Please contact us right away at customersupport@ben-amun.com and let us know. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and a paid shipping label at no charge to return the incorrect item to us for replacement.

To keep your jewelry clean and in pristine condition so you may enjoy it for many years to come, please store in a dust free environment or container, like a soft pouch or jewelry box.  Keep it away from dust, moisture, and always clean with a lint free soft cloth. We provide repair services to all our customers to ensure their jewelry lasts a long time, and it becomes a vintage piece they can continue to wear and appreciate. Repair services are available for a small fee depending on the level of damage. We would need to first assess if restoration by our craftsmen is possible, and then we will send you a repair quote.  Additionally, you will be required to pay for all shipping charges to send your item for repair and for us to ship it back to you. If in need of repair, please send clear image(s) of the problem and an explanation of your issue to customersupport@ben-amun.com. 

In most cases, we can customize jewelry to fit your specifications.  For example, adjustments to length of necklaces and bracelets, or changing a post earring to a clip-on, etc.   We are able to provide limited customization services as all our jewelry is hand made by our talented artisans in our NYC studio. Additional charges and fees will apply for customization and production time will vary as a result.  Not all jewelry can be customized. Customization is subject to approval.  Before making your order online, please send us an email first inquiring about your customization needs to customersupport@ben-amun.com.
