1) I made an order, received a purchase confirmation, but didn’t get any shipping tracking number to track my shipment. How do I get my order tracking number?
Our items are made to order and hand made by our studio craftsman. They come to you brand new.  As a result of this. please allow 5 to 10 days of production time before we ship your order over to you. Once this completes, we will send you a tracking number for your order.
If you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 to 10 days, please email info@ben-amun.com

2) My order is incorrect. What do I do? 
Please contact us right away at info@ben-amun.com and let us know.  We will issue you an RA (Return Authorization Number) and a paid shipping label at no charge to return the incorrect item for us for replacement. 

3) My order came damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us right away at info@ben-amun.com and let us know.  We will issue you an RA (Return Authorization Number) and a paid shipping label at no charge to return the damaged item for us for replacement. 

4) I’m not satisfied with the item(s) I purchased. How do I get a refund or replacement?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can only refund you for  the cost of the goods sold via online store credit plus any applicable taxes.  The costs to your shipping fees will not be included and you will need to send the item(s) back to us at your own expense.  Please provide us with your shipment’s tracking number. We will issue your online store credit once we receive your shipment. 



1) How do I care for my Ben-Amun jewelry? 
To keep your jewelry clean and in pristine condition as much as possible so you may enjoy it for many years to come, please store in a dust free environment or container, like a soft pouch or jewelry box.  Keep it away from dust, moisture, and always clean with a lint free soft cloth.

2) A piece of my jewelry broke off or got scratched, do you provide repair services? 
We provide repair services to all our customers to ensure their jewelry lasts a long time, and it becomes a vintage piece they can continue to wear and appreciate. Repair services are available for a small fee depending on the level of damage. We would need to first assess if restoration by our craftsman is possible, and send you a quote for repair.  On top of this, you will be required to pay for all shipping charges including both to send your item for repair and for us to ship it back to you. If in need of repair, please send clear image(s) of the problem and a brief description to info@ben-amun.com. 

3) The size for an item will not be suitable for me. Is it possible to request a size customization?
In some cases, we can customize jewelry to fit your specification.  For example, adjustments to length of necklaces and bracelets, or changing a post earring to a clip-on, etc.   We are able to provide limited customization services as all our jewelry is hand made by our talented artisans in our NYC studio. Additional charges and fees will apply for customization and production time will vary as a result.  Not all jewelry can be customized. Customization subject to approval.  Before making your order online, please send us an email first inquiring about your customization needs to info@ben-amun.com.
